[20 Seconds to DIE]

Good animation... But definitely no game...

I would have given this an 8 if it were listed as a movie (-2 from 10 because they are sticks), however, it's not listed as a movie, it's listed as a game. You don't just "watch" a game, you interact with it. This could have just as easily been on YouTube with the same effect.

Now on to the animation, it's actually very good, but when I see such good animation, it's a little confusing why you would waste such talent on sticks. No offense, but sticks are what a lot of us drew in flipbooks to animate as kids, or at least that's my story.

You might think I'm being an asshole, but I'm not, what I'm getting at is you're very talented and I don't want to see you waste such talent on something as simple as sticks.

if you think sticks are so simple, try them yourself. They are more of an art form than most give them respect for. Ask the best animators out there. If you want to see high-quality realistic movements, gravity, weight and exaggeration it comes straight from the pure frame by frame animation brought out in stick figure animation.

It's always interesting to see peoples reviews twist after a comment is made. Not one comment regarding this being a game or not was made for the first 50+ reviews.

We don't choose to do stick figures because 'we suck.' It's what we love to do. Just because it's different don't knock it. You'd think you'd get that at a place where you see varying types of animation styles and concepts as far as a letter 'b' reaching the top of the charts to a Disney FX animator being passed up by 14 year olds from their own creations on their basic home computer.

Thanks for the review. If I could review your review, I'd say open your mind.

Looks like Halo Flash is on it's way

With some more work, this could become an awesome game. Imagine this with a scrolling background and multiplayer support! That would be amazing. I think you should really put some focus on this and fix all the odds and ends and make it something even better, because I think you have something great started here. Great work :)

A nice start

At least you didn't pretend that you did all the coding yourself, you used this as a good learning experience for actionscript and flash in general. I understand that it's not exactly a fantastic game, but like I said, this is a stepping stone for something even bigger and better. Just keep trying and I think you will really start to put out some good stuff. Looking forward to watching you progress as an artist and game designer :)

Yeah, so...

Looks like this has been around for a while actually. I don't think you designed any of this, if you don't believe me, then google "create doom in flash" and the first link is an article from 2007 showcasing this and what do ya know, it's also 1.7mb. So yeah... don't take credit for something that you didn't really create.

I liked this!

I thought it was pretty cool when i got a double-kill, made me think of halo 2. Wonder if there is a killamunjaro as well, or at least a triple & quadrouple kill. GREAT WORK
